The administrators of the Silver Mountain complex in Poiana Brasov have signed a strategic acquisition, taking over the Robinson hotel, located across from the Predeal hotel, which they recently purchased.
The Robinson Hotel in Predeal is classified at 3 stars, has 21 rooms, and was purchased by the company Bookingpedia, whose shareholders are Andreea Achitei, Iulian Achitei, Bogdan Achitei, and Georgiana Tanase.
Bookingpedia is the company that, at the end of last year, leased 132 unsold apartments in the Silver Mountain luxury residential complex in Poiana Brasov from BCR and transformed them into 4-star accommodation units. Bookingpedia also bought the Predeal hotel with 55 rooms in November 2019.
The former Predeal hotel will be named Elexus Predeal and will open on June 1, 2020, while the Robinson hotel will be named Elexus Villa and will most likely open during the same period, after both are renovated.
