Low-cost airline Blue Air is opening its fourth base in Romania in Iași, where it will allocate two aircraft.

Blue Air announced that this year it will operate from the new base to 13 destinations. Among the 13 destinations are Barcelona, Paris, London, Rome, and Munich.

Starting in June, it will be possible to fly directly from Iași to Barcelona, Brussels, Dusseldorf, London-Luton, Munich, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Rome Fiumicino, and Turin, while during the summer season, direct flights will be operated to Heraklion, Mykonos, and Zakynthos.

In 2023, the company will add 2 more aircraft to the Iași base, with the number of flights expected to reach 25.
