Starting this summer, the Blaxy Premium Resort & Hotel complex in 23 August – Olimp will also offer hotel services, the project developers announced.
Of the 7 planned sections with a total of 900 studio-type apartments (condos), 3 sections with 540 rooms have already been inaugurated. Of these, a portion has been contracted under periodic ownership, and 250-300 rooms will be rented as hotel accommodation starting with the 2016 season.
A stay varies between 360 RON/room/night and 670 RON/room/night, including accommodation in a condo-type room for two adults and two children, with breakfast and access to the resort’s facilities. Full board services can be added upon request for 90 RON/person. The hotel services will be 3-star.
The total area of the complex is 72,000 sqm and includes, in addition to the 7 projected sections, outdoor pools for adults and children, restaurants, bars, clubs, a dedicated area for children, and an amphitheater-style summer theater. The complex also benefits from a private beach of approximately 10,000 sqm.
The 7 sections of Blaxy Premium Resort & Hotel will be completed over the next 3 years following an investment of 100 million EUR.
