Another small hotel will be built in Cluj-Napoca
In the railway station area of Cluj-Napoca, a hotel with 3 floors + 1 recessed floor will be built, with Sc Coral Oir Srl as the beneficiary. The design is provided by the Scripcariu architecture office.
On July 14, 2022, the project’s PUD (Detailed Urban Plan) was discussed in the urban planning meeting, and the studied area covers 281 sqm.
The building will have the following layout:
GROUND FLOOR: reception, administration office, staff locker room, luggage room
FLOORS 1-3: 2 accommodation units classified at 2 stars on each level
RECESSED FLOOR: technical spaces (boiler room), maid’s office
Pedestrian and car access will be from Albert Einstein Street.
A parking platform with 2 spaces will also be arranged at the eastern end of the plot. According to the 2014 PUG (General Urban Plan), the parking requirement for 2-star hotels is 30% of the number of accommodation units, the same as provided in Order 65/2013 for the classification of tourist reception units.
