Angelo Zuccala is the new General Manager of the 4-star Crowne Plaza Bucharest hotel, part of the Ana Hotels chain.
Angelo Zuccala has 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and for the past 12 years, he has worked within the InterContinental Hotels Group, specializing in sales, food & beverage, and operations management.
In May 2012, Zuccala became the Executive Assistant Manager of the InterContinental Hotel in Bucharest, a position from which he coordinated the operations of the 5-star accommodation unit.
By the end of this year, the Crowne Plaza hotel will complete the renovation of its 164 rooms, an investment amounting to 2.2 million EUR.
The hotel will also invest in renovating the fitness and pool area, and in May, it will reopen the terrace of the Citronelle restaurant, launched last year under the market-to-table concept. These investments will be followed, in 2016, by a change in the design and functionality of the conference and social event rooms.
