ANAF puts Prahova, Romanta, and Craiova hotels on the seaside up for sale

ANAF has put up for sale the Prahova and Romanta hotels in the Neptun resort and the Craiova hotel in Olimp, belonging to businessmen Ioan and Viorel Micula. The three hotels total over 800 rooms.
At the beginning of this year, the owners tried to sell these units, but without success.
ANAF wants to obtain 37 million RON for the three units, as well as for other buildings and land within the respective hotel complexes. Thus, for Hotel Romanta, a building of 2,144 sqm and 5 floors, ANAF wants 9.6 million RON. At the same time, ANAF is also selling a Nightclub building also from the Romanta complex for 380,000 RON, parking for 87,600 RON, a 2,361 sqm restaurant – 2.2 million RON, and urban land of 14,300 sqm – 4.7 million RON.
Hotel Prahova, with an area of 1,630 sqm and 5 floors, will be put up for sale for 10.9 million RON, of which 1.9 million RON is the value related to the 4,678 sqm land.
Hotel Craiova, with an area of 1,955 sqm, has a starting price of 4.9 million RON. Separately, the nearly 1,700 sqm restaurant is put up for sale for 2.4 million RON, and a 16,774 sqm plot of land has a starting price of 2.4 million RON.
The companies operating the three hotels are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Hotel Romanta is owned by the company Romanta Estival 2002, Prahova is operated by Prahova Estival 2002, and Hotel Craiova is under the management of Hotel Club Estival 2002.
All three auctions are scheduled for December 7th.
