The fiscal guide for taxpayers has been updated by ANAF. Declaration 212 must be submitted by May 25.

Individuals who earned income from the tourist rental of rooms in the previous year will have to pay 10%. The use of a cash register and providing a fiscal receipt is mandatory. In the contrary case, the fines imposed are between 50 and 500 RON.
