The modernization works of the Amfiteatru-Panoramic-Belvedere complex will be completed around June 15, following an investment of approximately EUR 15 million, among the largest on the Romanian seaside.
The complex is expected to have 1,200 rooms and 3,000 beds and be transformed into a 4-star all-inclusive resort, following a EUR 40 million investment, a sum that also includes the acquisition of the hotels.
The largest all-inclusive hotel complex in the southern part of the seaside will thus include the Amfiteatru, Panoramic, and Belvedere hotels, as well as Majestic and Craiova, the latter being recently acquired by Murad from the Micula brothers for EUR 1.6 million.
