The hotel unit, built in 2020, is classified as a four-star hotel with 18 rooms and suites. The building has a total built area of about 1,100 square meters, is built on 390 square meters of land and includes a restaurant on the ground floor. The business is operated by Almar Luxury Hotel SRL, which was established in the same year as the building was completed. According to the Commercial Register, the company’s partners are Stere Tocia, who owns a 95% stake, and Gabriela Tocia, with a 5% stake. In fiscal year 2023, the company recorded a turnover of almost 200 thousand euros and a net profit of over 34 thousand euros, with an average of five employees.
