Alin Burcea, the owner of the Paralela 45 travel agency, will inaugurate a residential complex with 77 apartments on October 1st.
He specified that a third of the apartments have already been sold and, by the time they are put into use, he estimates that the number of contracted homes will reach 50% of the total.
In general, the buyers are people over 45-48 years old, with grown children, who already own a house or an apartment in Bucharest but want a weekend home in a quiet area.
The complex will be condominium-style, with security, a gym, a pier with a pontoon, an indoor pool, a kiosk, and, as Burcea says, a “sprit” (socializing) lounge.
The smallest units are studios, which cost 35,000 EUR, followed by larger studios – 50,000 EUR, two-room apartments – 70,000 EUR, and three-room apartments – under 100,000 EUR. Apartments that are not sold will be rented out long-term.
