Air Canada has officially announced that it is expanding its operated routes starting this summer, adding Bucharest to the list of cities to which it will provide direct round-trip flights.
The new air routes will be provided from June until October, during the summer season, on the Montreal-Bucharest and Toronto-Bucharest routes, with return. The first Air Canada direct flights to/from Romania will be: Montreal – Bucharest: June 7, Bucharest – Montreal: June 8, Toronto – Bucharest: June 9, and Bucharest – Toronto: June 10.
With these new services from Montreal, Air Canada becomes the only North American airline flying to Romania, the largest European market without transatlantic flights.
