The Greek company Aegean has purchased a 25% stake in the Romanian airline Animawings, launched earlier this year, in a transaction worth 412,000 EUR.
Animawings is set to operate in the Romanian market starting in May, flying to tourist destinations such as Tenerife, Antalya, Corfu, Bodrum, Hurghada, Dubai, but only for charter flights.
The flights of the company, part of the Memento Group, will be operated by the Greek airline Orange2fly.
