Aegean Airlines increases its stake in Animawings to 51%

Greek company Aegean Airlines has increased its stake in the Romanian company Animawings to 51%.

Aegean Airlines announced that the total investment for the 51% stake is 1.3 million EUR. Part of the Star Alliance group, Aegean had held 25% of Animawings since the beginning of 2020. Starting next season, Animawings will operate with three aircraft from the Aegean fleet, on both scheduled and charter flights.
