Accor announces the opening of the first Swissotel hotel in Romania, in Bucharest, following the signing of a management contract with the local partner and investor, Business Hotels Investment, a member company of Niro Investment Group.
The future Swissotel will be located on Expozitiei Blvd, will have 225 rooms distributed over 18 floors, restaurants, a pool, spa & fitness facilities and a dedicated area for business meetings and corporate events.
Niro Investment Group announced that the investment amounts to 60 million EUR. The hotel, which will open in 2021, will be the tallest hotel in Bucharest.
