Accor, the global leader in the hospitality industry, has completed the second edition of the regional Inspire program, a strategic initiative dedicated to training the next generation of leaders in Eastern Europe, Georgia, and the CIS countries. The project aims to accelerate leadership skills for high-potential professionals, directly supporting the group’s expansion goals in a region where the number of hotel units is constantly growing.
The recently concluded edition at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center brought together 27 specialists from Romania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, representing the ibis budget, ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman, and Swissôtel brands. Over the course of six months, participants followed an intensive curriculum that included mentoring, coaching, and financial management, focusing on developing essential skills such as talent attraction and coordinating multicultural teams. The final projects presented on March 12 addressed topics such as the use of artificial intelligence, revenue optimization, and ESG initiatives.
