Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport announces today a new international route from Cluj-Napoca to Castellón, Spain. Base fares start from just EUR 19.99. Tickets are already available on the official Wizz Air website and through the airline’s mobile app. The new route will be operated on Mondays and Fridays starting April 11, 2025. From June 16, the route will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Wizz Air offers a network of 36 routes from Cluj-Napoca, improving connectivity and travel options for residents and visitors alike. In 2024, the airline operated nearly 11,000 flights from the airport, carrying more than 1.9 million passengers, with a flight completion rate of 99.5%, one of the best in the industry.
