A 4-star hotel has opened in Sfântu Gheorghe
The 4-star B THE HOTEL has opened in the center of Sfântu Gheorghe following a 5 million EUR investment.
The project involved the conversion of a former workers’ accommodation facility, which was acquired by the current owner, Boer Lehel, in 2017. The building was renovated, and the structure and foundation were rebuilt.
The hotel primarily targets the business sector but also seeks to exploit the potential of the leisure market.
Although the initial budget was 2.5 million EUR, the total investment doubled by the end of the project, with part of the funding provided by the Pro Economica Alapítvány Foundation, which is supported by the Hungarian Government.
The hotel features 42 rooms, conference rooms that can accommodate 30-40 people, and event space.
