1.4 million euro investment in JW Marriott hotel in Bucharest

OLEA restaurant with an innovative culinary concept, opens its doors in an emblematic area of Bucharest, within the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, after an investment of 1.4 mil.

Inspired by the rich gastronomy of the Levant and the Mediterranean, OLEA’s menu brings Middleterranean Cuisine to the forefront – an exquisite combination of traditional recipes and modern reinterpretations.
Each dish reflects the chefs’ passion for fresh ingredients, authenticity and creativity.
Dishes include feta cheese dip with pistachios, kataif-crusted prawns, Adana kebab made from Black Angus beef and New Zealand sheep or baklava cheesecake.
The open-air location is set in a garden reminiscent of a Mediterranean vacation villa, with a generous terrace and garden away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The space also has a private area for events.
