A group of investors is developing a project in Bucharest called ARCCA, worth 40 million euros, which involves the construction of 5,000 places in student campuses. To date, two campuses with 1,600 accommodation places have been built, with the project expected to be completed in the next three years.
“The idea for the project began four years ago with quantitative and qualitative market research conducted by us to better understand students’ needs. We had a consultant from Oxford, the most famous university city, who is the manager of a campus with several thousand places, and we benefit from the experience of an architect with many European projects in the field of student accommodation, university campuses, and projects developed by various private entities for students,” stated Aurelia Bita, the ARCCA manager.
The rates that students wishing to occupy a place in the campuses built by ARCCA must pay start from 110 euros per month, and the age limit for those who can benefit from this project is 26 years.
