3.5 million euro investment on the banks of Lake Aroneanu

A new large-scale real estate project is taking shape in the Aroneanu commune, right across the lake, in an area in full development and increasingly attractive for investors. The project is Roua Residence Moara de Vânt, an aparthotel with 35 hotel apartments, complemented by commercial spaces and underground and above-ground parking lots.

The project, estimated to be worth €3.5 million, is developed by Imperia Imobiliare – a company known for its residential projects in Iasi – and represents its first investment in the hotel segment. The financing is exclusively private, with no European contribution, and the initiators of the project are entrepreneurs Paul Avătăji and Constantin Gavrilă.

According to the site plan, the investment is called “Building with accommodation and commercial spaces according to HCL 121/16.09.2024, parking, vertical systematization and utilities connection”. The building will have a constructed area of approximately 4,000 square meters, including the basement level for parking. There will be 11 underground parking spaces and about 25 surface parking spaces, harmoniously integrated into the whole to meet the needs of future guests and visitors.

With this project, Imperia Imobiliare expands its portfolio and strengthens its position on the local real estate market. The company signs all the developments in the Roua Residence range, located in Moara de Vânt, Valea Lupului and in the Billa area, thus continuing its growth strategy based on modern and sustainable projects.
