The tender for the design and rehabilitation of Rasnov Fortress has been completed, announced the local mayor Liviu Butnariu. The project, worth 16 million RON, will be executed over 2 years.
Butnariu stated that the tender was finalized on July 19, and currently, the results are being analyzed by the National Agency for Public Procurement, ANAP.
After this stage concludes, the companies that submitted bids will be notified of the result, and if there are no appeals, the contract will be signed within 5 days.
“The project involves consolidating the buildings within the fortress, the images on them, exhibition spaces will be created, and their electricity supply will be ensured,” the mayor stated.
