The Austrian Koller family is selling the 10 K+K hotels in Barcelona, Paris, London, Prague, Vienna, Munich, Bucharest, and Budapest to a joint venture formed by the investment bank Goldman Sachs and the hotel group Highgate Hotels. The transaction value has not been made public.
