THR Marea Neagră sold the Venus tourist complex in Eforie Nord

On Friday, April 7, 2023, THR Marea Neagră, a company listed on the Stock Exchange under the symbol EFO, informed its shareholders about the sale of the Venus tourist complex in the Eforie Nord resort, at the price of EUR 4 million.

The company signed several rental contracts for some properties on the Romanian coast, going to earn approximately EUR 3 million annually, the rents being between EUR 4 thousand and EUR 1,1 million.

THR Marea Neagră is majority owned by Transilvania Investments Alliance, with a 78,8% stake in the share capital. EFO shares are trading up 12% in the last 12 months, at 0,224 RON per share. The company is valued at 132,5 million RON, after a 25% drop in shares in the last month.
