The Dâmboviţa Hotel in Târgoviște has been put up for sale

The former SIF Oltenia, currently Infinity Capital Investments, stock symbol INFINITY, announced at the Bucharest Stock Exchange that it is organizing an open competitive auction on January 31, 2024 for the sale of a 99,99% stake in the Dâmboviţa Hotel Complex, respectively 1,75 million of shares, at the minimum starting price of RON 20 million.

Infinity Capital Investments has a capitalization of RON 940 million, after the company's shares traded up by 8,9% in the last 12 months, on the back of transactions of RON 44,9 million.

Shares will only be sold as a package, not fractionally. Romanian or foreign natural and/or legal persons can participate in the auction.

Damboviţa Hotel is located one hour and 15 minutes from Otopeni International Airport, 60km from Sinaia and two hours from Curtea de Argeş.

The hotel has single, double and matrimonial rooms. The restaurant of the Dâmboviţa Hotel has a capacity of 200 seats.
