By the end of this year, it plans to open two more premium locations in Bucharest and in the country, with the total estimated investment for 2024 reaching more than 3,5 mil.

The developer also has three other ultra-central locations in its portfolio in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Grand Hotel Continental and in Victoriei Square.
The new wellness center is strategically located in the northern part of the capital, an area that integrates an active hub of housing, commercial spaces, lifestyle facilities, restaurants and especially many office buildings.
The space of the new THAIco SPA Pipera location has been designed to offer a great experience, with elegant, nature-inspired interiors and state-of-the-art facilities.
Clients will be able to enjoy a variety of therapies, from personalized facials and body treatments, to therapeutic massages and aromatherapy sessions, all performed by a team of experienced Asian therapists.
With a presence on the Romanian market for over ten years, THAIco Spa is one of the largest massage therapy service companies in Romania.
