Accor, a world leader in hospitality, announces its partnership with local company TECADRA HOTELS SRL, for the complete transformation and expansion of the existing Tecadra Hotel.
The existing 4-star property is undergoing a complete transformation of facade, internal compartmentalization and design.
The building will have 50 rooms and suites.
An additional wing will be added to the property, bringing 50 new suite units.
Total capacity will be 100 rooms.
In line with Accor’s commitment to reduce the carbon footprint of all its operations and achieve net zero by 2050, the property will be a green building, powered by solar panels and heat pumps, thereby lowering carbon emissions and operating costs.
Located at 67 Iancu Nicolae Street, the hotel will feature a restaurant and lobby bar.
Guests can enjoy various facilities such as a conference room, a modern fitness club, a fully equipped business corner and a secure parking lot with video surveillance.
The hotel will have easy access to both Henri Coandă Bucharest International Airport and Aurel Vlaicu Băneasa Bucharest International Airport.
Guests can reach the hotel in less than 15 minutes.
Bucharest Ring Road is also less than 10 minutes away, making the property accessible for travelers arriving by car.
