The National Association of Chefs and Confectioners in Tourism organizes the national conference “Gastronomic Heritage and Sustainability” on 12 March 2025, at MyContinental Hotel, Sibiu. The event, dedicated to professionals in the hospitality industry, aims to explore ways in which Romanian gastronomic traditions can be preserved and promoted in a sustainable way.
The conference proceedings will start at 09:30 and will include keynote sessions and workshops by experts in the field, running until 16:00. Afterwards, participants are invited to a cocktail party, starting at 18:00, for networking and exchange of experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.
