The company Turism Felix SA announces that on December 23, 2024, the franchise agreement with Accor Hotel Services Magyarország Kft. Budapest – Bucharest Branch for the International Hotel Băile Felix under the Mercure brand. The group is present in over 110 countries, with 5,700 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and bars. The group comprises over 45 hotel brands and was founded in 1967 in France. Turism Felix SA has a capitalization of RON 145.39 million and ended the first nine months with a profit of RON 1.66 million on revenues of RON 79 million. Turism Felix operates five hotels in Băile Felix, namely International 4 stars, Termal 3 stars, Nufărul 3 stars, Poienița 3 stars and Mureș 2 stars. The French group Accor, world leader in the hospitality sector, is present in Romania with the ibis, ibis Styles, Mercure, Novotel and Pullman brands, operating 21 hotels with about 2,200 rooms.
