Bees Airlines is the new airline in Romania

Romania has a new airline that will start operating scheduled flights to several destinations in Europe and beyond.
And starting this fall, more flights will be added.
Bees Airlines, launched in Romania by Hungarian entrepreneur Andrij Baganics, will start operating scheduled flights from this month, initially to 8 destinations.
Victor Antohe, former director at TAROM (Chief Procurement Officer 2017-2022) will take over as CEO.
Bees Airlines will operate flights from Romania – Bucharest and Suceava and Republic of Moldova – Chisinau to European destinations, as well as to Egypt and Turkey.
It will mainly carry customers of tour operators.
Bees Airlines plans to operate two routes from Suceava Stefan cel Mare International Airport to Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden and Tel Aviv, as well as one route from Chisinau Airport to Verona, The name of the Romanian-registered airline – Bees Airlines – is similar to that of the Ukrainian low-cost operator Bees Airline, which is why it is seen in the market as its “successor”.
Although it shares the same name and brand as the former Ukrainian low-cost Ukrainian operator Bees Airlines, which ceased operations after the Russian invasion in February 2022, the new carrier told Aviation Week that it has different investors and management.
