The company Alpin 2003, owned by businessman Claudiu Aron, has obtained the building permit for the construction of a hotel in the resort Olimp.
The steps for erecting the new building started as early as 2022.
The City Hall of Mangalia has issued a building permit for Alpin 2003 SRL, which aims to demolish the existing buildings and build a hotel complex, with the height regime S+P+5ER, in the area of the Olimp seafront.
The project in question proposes the construction of a hotel complex at 10 Olimp Street in the resort of Olimp, at 10 Olimp Street, with a Gf+GF+5E floor plan, hotel, restaurant, swimming pool, multifunctional areas and spa, comprising 124 rooms and two apartments.
The project also proposes to demolish several existing buildings on the site, as follows: C1 – swimming pool with an area of 2,092.50 m: C2 – changing rooms with an area of 121.80 sq.m and C3 – administrative building P+1E+M, with a built area of 63 sq.m and unfolded area of 189 sq.m.
The spatial-functional organization of the levels that make up the building will be as follows: the basement will have a lobby, elevators and stairwell, central heating plant, staff changing rooms, staff offices, kitchen storage, warehouses, civil defense shelter, six staff rooms, each with its own bathroom, SPA area with four cabinets, lobby and reception area.
The company Alpin 2003 SRL was established on June 20, 2003, with its headquarters on Poiana Doamnei street number 9 in Poiana Brasov.
Administrators and partners are Claudiu and Ileana Roxana Aron, each with 50% of the share capital.
In 2023, the company had a turnover of 66,522,901 RON, a net profit of 988,247 RON, debts of 82,617,662 RON and 153 employees.
