Several hotels in Constanta have been put up for sale

Recently, several hotels in Constanța and Mamaia have been put up for sale. These include the Zodiac Hotel and the Cleopatra Tourist Complex. Now it’s the turn of an accommodation in Mamaia Nord to change hands. The Portobella Hotel, which is being sold for €1.8 million, has been in operation for more than eight years, is decorated in art-deco style and has an indoor restaurant with a retractable roof. It has twelve furnished and equipped rooms and an indoor swimming pool. It also has a kitchen, bar and reception. The building was built in 2014 and is arranged on three floors, with a 600 square meter site. The accommodation unit is owned by the company Portobella Hotel Invest, which was established in 2014, based in Năvodari. The sole associate and administrator is Claudiu Vasile Mascovescu. For the year 2023, the company reported a turnover of RON 2,458,616, a profit of RON 791,497 and debts of RON 956,641, with ten employees. Claudiu Vasile Mascovescu is one of the owners of Porto del Sole Restaurant. Together with Bogdan Daniel Banu, he is an equal partner in Porto del Sole SRL. Mascovescu is also a shareholder (with 50% of the share capital) in Atosushi SRL in Bucharest.
