New hotel projects announced at TopHotel Conference in Bucharest

On the first day of the TopHotel conference, two new hotel projects were announced.
The first hotel project was announced by Ivan Kiseev, Senior Development Director EE&CIS EE&CIS Marriott International. It is a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Călimănești, Vâlcea county, with 112 rooms.
The hotel features resort-style facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, wetlands, treatment rooms and conference space.
The owner is RIV Estate represented by Vlad Gutau. The second hotel project was announced by Robert Eșanu, Director of development Romania & Moldova from Mogotel, who signed a letter of intent with Monarc Properties group, which aims to manage a Radisson hotel in Mamaia, Constanta, located in the club area, which will have 341 keys, including about 100 branded residences.
The project also includes the largest conference hall in Mamaia, 2 restaurants and a marina.
This project will be operated by Mogotel and developed by Monarc Properties.
