Hagag reopens Stirbei Palace on Calea Victoriei

The real estate developer with Israeli capital Hagag Development Europe, controlled by businessman Yitzhak Hagag, is reopening, in the second half of the year, the Stirbei Palace on Calea Victoriei, transforming one of the most representative historical monuments in Bucharest into the epicenter of high-end retail in Romania.

“About eight years ago, when we decided to take this property in our portfolio, our vision was to develop the country’s first “luxury department store” and position Bucharest on the map of luxury shopping destinations in Europe. The unique location – in the center of the city’s busiest shopping artery, together with the building’s rich history and distinctive architecture quickly attracted the attention of international brands. Today, we are delighted to welcome some of the most prominent names in the luxury goods industry from around the world to H Stirbei Palace,” said Yitzhak Hagag, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Hagag Development Europe.

Stirbei Palace will host for the first time in Romania the concept of a “luxury department store”, aligning Bucharest with the major fashion capitals. Customers will have the privilege to discover the collections of Dior, Saint Laurent, Valentino Garavani, Celine, Loewe, Zegna, Roger Vivier, Amina Muaddi, Rene Caovilla, Jimmy Choo, Dolce & Gabbana, Moncler, Santoni.
