French real estate group Catinvest is expanding its presence in Oltenia by opening Aparthotel Craiova. The new investment amounts to EUR 12 million. Aparthotel Craiova was designed by designer Pascal Delmotte. The 60 apartments range from 55 to 85 square meters. “Aparthotel Craiova brings a new level of hospitality to the region. With modern design, premium facilities and an intimate atmosphere, we offer a superior alternative to classic hotels. Our guests will discover the comforts of home in a space that combines luxury with functionality. The building is probably the best insulated in Craiova, offering both thermal and sound comfort. In addition, the aparthotel offers 24/7 services and benefits from a wide range of amenities,” says Bertrand Catteau, CEO of Catinvest Group. The French real estate group Catinvest’s portfolio includes more than 38 flagship buildings in Paris, many of which have direct views of the Eiffel Tower. In Romania, Catinvest owns and manages ElectroPutere Parc, along with other shopping centers such as the Orhideea and Esplanada Pantelimon galleries in Bucharest and Tom in Constanța. In Eastern Europe, its portfolio includes the Savoya Park in Budapest and Borska Pole in Plzen. In total, Catinvest manages over 525,000 sqm of space in France and Eastern Europe.
