Burger King expands in Cluj-Napoca

Burger King, one of the largest fast-food chains in the world, is expanding its presence in Romania by opening a restaurant in Cluj-Napoca.
The new restaurant will be located in the shopping center VIVO!
Mall.
This is a first for the city as Burger King has never had a location in Cluj before.
The decision to open a restaurant in Cluj-Napoca is part of Burger King’s expansion strategy in Romania.
Cluj, being the second largest city in the country and an important university center, offers significant market potential for the brand.
The choice of VIVO!
Mall as a location brings maximum visibility and accessibility for customers, being one of the most popular shopping destinations in the city.
Founded in 1954 in Miami, Florida, by James McLamore and David Edgerton, Burger King has grown rapidly to become the second largest fast-food chain in the world after McDonald’s.
The brand is renowned for its grilled burgers, especially the famous Whopper, introduced in 1957.
Today, Burger King operates over 18,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries.
