Throughout 2024, including the fourth quarter, the hospitality sector demonstrated resilience in a contrasting economic environment. Accor’s diversification both geographically and in terms of the segments addressed supported the Group in delivering solid performance. As a result, both divisions – Premium, Midscale and Economy (PM&E) and Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) – reported results in line with the outlook presented at the June 2023 Investor Day.
The group posted revenues of €5.606 billion in 2024, up 11% from 2023.
This growth breaks down into 5% growth for the Premium, Midscale & Economy (PM&E) division and 19% for the Luxury & Lifestyle division.
Consolidated recurring EBITDA (1) amounted to EUR 1,120 million in 2024, a new record for Accor, up 12% year-on-year. This performance reflects the resilience of RevPAR(2), portfolio growth, improved margins in Management & Franchise (M&F), strict cost discipline in Owner Services and the development of the Hotel Assets & Other segment, including through strategic acquisitions (Rikas and Potel & Chabot).
In 2024, Accor opened 293 hotels, totaling more than 50,000 rooms, reflecting a net network growth of 3.5% over the last 12 months. At the end of December 2024, the Group had a portfolio of 850,285 rooms (5,682 hotels) and a pipeline of over 233,000 rooms (1,381 hotels).
