The Romanian hotel market is set to go through a very good period of development, with new international brands entering the local market. According to data summarized by Bucharest Real Estate Club/RomaniaProperty Club, 32 hotels with 4,745 rooms are to be developed in Romania.
15 new hotels will open in Bucharest with 2,272 new rooms, of which Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard is already available for booking on its own website starting on Monday, March 24, 2025.

The city at the foot of Tampa ranks second after Bucharest with no less than 8 hotels and 1236 rooms.
Three new hotels will open in Cluj-Napoca. They are an extension of the Radisson Blu with 20 rooms, ibis Styles with 110 rooms and Four Points by Sheraton with 109 rooms.
In Timisoara, four hotels will be opened: City Center – MGallery Collection (50 rooms), Courtyard by Marriott (208 rooms), Hampton by Hilton (150 rooms), Radisson Blu (160 rooms).
Two new hotels will also open in Constanța county, both in Mamaia: Hilton, which will have 200 rooms and Radisson Blu, with 230 rooms.
