Paradis Hotels & Resorts has taken over the 4* Hotel Zenith Conference & Spa in Mamaia, increasing to 12 the number of accommodation units on the Romanian coast owned or under management. In the 2025 season, the company will manage 1,750 rooms on the coast, totaling more than 3,700 beds, and expects to end 2025 with a turnover of EUR 17 million, up from around EUR 10 million this year. The Paradis Hotels & Resorts group also includes Ibis Styles Venus 4*, the first international chain hotel to appear on the Romanian coast. The 4* Zenith Conference & Spa is one of the most sought-after hotels in Mamaia for stays and events, open all year round. Situated on the seafront, it has 272 rooms and six suites, its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas included in the vacation package. The Zenith Events Center conference center has a capacity of up to 550 people, modular rooms and a terrace overlooking the sea. The Zenith Spa has a jacuzzi, dry sauna, wet sauna, massage and beauty salons, gym and an outdoor pool.
