The Pam Beach Resort Hotel, the former 3-star Hotel Muntenia in the Olimp resort, owned by the family of businessman Cristi Borcea, is being sold, along with the restaurant and related land, for €9.2 million to the Steaua de Mare H&R company.
The sales contract is to be signed no later than October 3, 2024.
A lease agreement has also been signed, also for the Pam Beach Hotel and its related restaurant, until October 3, 2024, after which the sale will be finalized.
The lease expenses of EUR 800 thousand will be paid in two installments until July 2024.
Pam Beach Resort Olimp has 13 floors and 210 rooms modernized in 2021, of which 187 doubles, 12 triples and 11 suites.
The company Steaua de Mare H&R, founded in 2023, is controlled through another company by Anda and Mihai Răducanu, who also own SDM Reparații și Amenajări S.R.L. The Steaua de Mare complex owns several hotels, including Meduza, Delfinul, Vila Steaua de Mare, Aqvatonic and Tomis.
