The first hotel under the Swissôtel brand in Romania opened in Poiana Brasov

The first Swissôtel hotel in Romania has opened in Poiana Brasov, the project being the result of a partnership between Accor and the local real estate developer Neagoe Basarab Residences S.R.L. This opening represents the materialization of the first phase of the project, the completion of the second phase being announced for the first part of 2026.
The total investment in the hotel development amounts to about 25 mil.
EUR.
In this first phase, the hotel offers 64 rooms and apartments, of which 40 one-bedroom apartments and 8 two-bedroom apartments, with areas ranging from 43 sqm to 90 sqm, and some of the apartments have a jacuzzi on the terrace.
Once the second phase is completed, the property will have 114 rooms and suites, a restaurant, state-of-the-art spa facilities, a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and a fully equipped fitness room, as well as a ski storage room and underground parking.
The hotel is adorned with replicas of the 1572 map of Transylvania and handcrafted ceramics from a local artisan workshop.
