The new project, submitted for funding to ADR Centru, will be located on the left bank of the Mure\u0219 River and will feature saltwater pools, a wave pool, water slides, SPA areas, recreational spaces, dining facilities, and parking lots. The expansion comes in response to strong demand generated by the B\u0103ile S\u0103rate complex, inaugurated in 2023, which reported revenues exceeding \u20ac1 million in its first three months and over 250,000 visitors by the end of its first year, already prompting works to expand changing rooms, the beach area, and the restaurant. The development strategy also includes a healthcare component, through the modernization of the Outpatient Clinic via PNRR funds and the expansion of the Multifunctional Health Center’s services toward continuous hospitalization and medical rehabilitation.
