Polish tourism group Rainbow Tours is expanding its presence in the Romanian market by acquiring 88% of the shares of IT company Touring IT Logistic, in a transaction worth approximately EUR 668 thousand. The move comes after the tour operator acquired a majority stake in local agency Paralela 45 last year.<\/p>\n
Touring IT Logistic is a company specializing in providing technological solutions for travel agencies, especially tour operators. The change of shareholding was approved in the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 13, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette on August 10, 2026.<\/p>\n
Prior to this transaction, the company was owned by Touring Europabus Romania, a firm controlled by Drago\u0219 Anastasiu (37.67%), Sorin S\u00eerbu (28%), Lucian Hanu (28%), and Marian Gram\u0103 (6.33%). Following the redistribution of shares and the takeover by Rainbow Tours, the first three shareholders exited the company. Currently, Touring IT Logistic is controlled by Rainbow Tours together with Marian Gram\u0103.<\/p>\n
