According to statements made by the businessman for FinanciarPress.ro, construction will finish in the autumn of this year, following an acceleration of work carried out over the past three years. The new complex will feature an accommodation capacity of 60 rooms and will include amenities such as a restaurant, bar, conference room, indoor pool, dry and wet sauna, salt room, and fitness room.<\/p>\n
The property is located near the Cump\u0103na Tourist Complex and strengthens the network of accommodation facilities owned by the Arge\u0219 investor in the region. Gheorghe Badea’s portfolio also includes the Capra and Cump\u0103na chalets, as well as the Posada Vidraru hotel, with the new project aiming to meet the demand for premium hotel services in the F\u0103g\u0103ra\u0219 Massif area.<\/p>\n
