Cluj-Napoca becomes the host of Vibre Circle, a new private, invitation-only executive community that brings together approximately 30 entrepreneurs, investors, and CEOs for strategic discussions. The first edition, organized under the theme “Capital. Leadership. Future.”, focused on how Romanian companies can be developed to become competitive in international markets.<\/p>\n
The concept initiated by Marius Stan, General Manager of Vibre Hotel and C\u2019est la Vie Rooftop Restaurant, aims to facilitate business collaborations in an exclusive setting, addressing topics such as venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), family office structures, and internationalization. The first edition had Culda Partners as a strategic partner, through the involvement of Istv\u00e1n Sz\u0151ke and Emil Culda, offering expertise in capital raising and strategic development.<\/p>\n
Among the participants, Radu Hanga, President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, highlighted the importance of trust within exclusive groups and mentioned family business succession as a critical topic for the national economy. Additionally, Voicu Oprean, founder and CEO of AROBS, showed that global expansion depends on the courage of taking the first step and the chosen partners. He added that the competitive advantage generated by artificial intelligence does not derive from its mere usage, but from governance, processes, and the organizational capacity to adapt.<\/p>\n
