The future sports facility will include a mini-football pitch for children, an athletics track, six tennis courts, areas for 20 basketball hoops, an ice rink, as well as dedicated infrastructure for hockey, judo, and fencing. The implementation timeframe of the investment is estimated at 15 months, of which 12 months are designated for construction work, with a completion deadline set for the summer of 2026. As part of the collaboration with the municipality led by Mayor George Scripcaru, Ion \u021airiac, a former member of the national hockey team, has already donated full sets of equipment worth nearly EUR 90 thousand for 130 children in the hockey division.<\/p>\n
In addition to the sports investment, the Bra\u0219ov businessman is developing a real estate project on H\u0103rmanului Street, on the former site of the IUS factory.
