Its proximity to the Sorica and Cazacu ski slopes and views of the Baiu Mountains provide a competitive advantage, yet demand has decreased against the backdrop of the general economic context.<\/p>\n
The biggest operational difficulty encountered since taking over the hotel is the deficit of skilled labor. To cover the domestic workforce shortage, the establishment was forced to recruit staff from abroad, including Nepal.
