A new aparthotel module, designed with 47 studio-type accommodation units intended for rent, represents the central element of the future Ambiance Residence 3 real estate complex in the Pipera area, an investment estimated at approximately EUR 16.4 million. The entire complex will be configured as a building with seven staircases, having a height regime of basement, ground floor, three floors, and two set-back floors, on a total built area of approximately 36,000 square meters. To serve the project, 382 parking spaces are planned, of which 237 will be located underground, and the rest on the ground level. Currently, the developers are undergoing the permitting phase and estimate the start of construction works in the autumn of this year.

\nThe development will be built on a plot of approximately 11,600 square meters located next to the Porsche Pipera showroom, between the H Pipera Lake and Ivory Residence Pipera residential complexes, land that previously belonged to George Becali. The three partners have a consolidated investment history in the area, having previously developed, in collaboration with former coach Ioan Andone, the first two phases of the Ambiance Residence complex, which total 630 apartments distributed across six buildings on a 1.5-hectare plot.
