The business growth in the first half of the year was supported by a 19% increase in the number of orders, which exceeded the 640,000 threshold, as well as a 20% increase in the average ticket value, up to EUR 16.20. Restaurant-level operating profit reached EUR 1.47 million in the first half, compared to EUR 0.86 million in the same period last year. For the full year 2026, the group estimates total revenues of EUR 20.72 million, relying on the contribution of new locations. The results come after 2025, when DRISTOR KEBAB SRL reported a turnover of EUR 16.01 million (+17%) and a net profit of EUR 0.91 million (-8%).<\/p>\n
In the first part of the year, the group opened two new restaurants in Bucharest, both profitable from their first month of operation, reaching a network of 12 owned locations and over 300 employees. To finance network expansion, digitalization, operational automation, and the development of production capacities, Dristor Kebap is running a campaign on SeedBlink until Tuesday, July 14. The initial target of EUR 1 million was reached in eight days, with the participation of over 140 investors, and the round remains open up to the EUR 2 million threshold.<\/p>\n
