According to information published by Profit.ro, the developer is investing around EUR 20 million in the construction of the Park View and Platinum residential complexes, scheduled for delivery in 2027. This expansion takes place against the backdrop of a growing Bucharest residential market, where SVN Romania estimates the delivery of over 20.5 thousand new homes in 2026.<\/p>\n
In addition to its residential activity, the group is expanding its Sir hotel chain, managed through the company Dib Com Inter. The company is awaiting approvals for a new 4-star hotel on \u0218oseaua Orhideelor. Currently, the network operates 7 accommodation units in Bucharest, totaling nearly 400 rooms and over 930 accommodation places. Among the most recent integrations are the 4-star Sir Royal hotel, with 39 rooms, and Sir Fundeni, a 3-star unit with 69 rooms.<\/p>\n
In the Plumbuita Park area, Roka Development has advanced construction works on the Park View project, a 9-story building with 58 apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floor, built on a plot of approximately 1,500 sqm. Within this project, the investment platform Hubix has already purchased 20 apartments. In parallel, the developer is working on the Platinum complex, an 11-story building with 84 apartments located in the Nerva Traian area, near the Timpuri Noi Square complex. In total, the company currently has approximately 250 apartments for sale, including units completed in 2024 in the Roka Doamna Ghica project.<\/p>\n
In the premium segment, Tomah Kahled acquired the structure of the Nordis View project in the north of the capital at an auction in 2025 for approximately EUR 3 million, where he intends to keep the 51 originally planned apartments. Additionally, the investor has a project with over 300 apartments undergoing permitting on \u0218oseaua Gheorghe Ionescu Sise\u0219ti. Previously, in 2022, Kahled sold a plot of approximately 8,800 sqm in the Carol Park area to entrepreneur Anja Graf in a transaction worth around EUR 9 million.<\/p>\n
