For the execution of the works, the project has already received six bids in October 2025, according to Profit.ro. The companies that submitted bids are associations led by Proiect Invest, Construc\u021bii Bihor, Construc\u021bii Erba\u0219u, MBS Group, Kesz Construc\u021bii Rom\u00e2nia, and Dimex-2000 Company. The financing of the entire objective, with a completion timeframe of 3 years, will be secured from European funds and the local city hall budget.<\/p>\n
The future leisure complex will span an area of over two hectares. The main building (basement, ground floor, and first floor) will have a total built area of 16,884.70 sqm and will host seven indoor pools and one outdoor pool, with sizes ranging between 45 sqm and 400 sqm, as well as five jacuzzis on the first floor. The project also includes a secondary building for waste storage of 123.70 sqm, an outdoor courtyard with a 267.98 sqm pool, parking lots, and pedestrian walkways.<\/p>\n
